Established in November 2010, Shanghai Simpleway Private Fund Management Centre, LLP is a research oriented, institutionally focused, partnership equity investor. Simpleway’s three founding partners are renowned deep-value investment professionals in Chinese equity market. They have worked together for over 10 years in two leading companies, Jun’an Securities Co. and Bosera Asset Management Co.. Mr. Jerry Gui was the Chief Investment Officer of Value Equities and the Director of Institutional Investment Department at Bosera. He launched one of the most reputed institutional businesses in China’s asset management industry.

The Simpleway’s founding team successfully discovered the value of many leaning companies, such as Gree Electric Appliances, Tsingtao Brewery, Kweichow Moutai, Weichai Power and Yutong Bus, before they were appreciated by other equity investors. We were proud that successfully preserved our clients’ assets even after the burst of the equity market bubble in 2007-2008. We would persist in exploring the value investment methodology and management mode with Chinese characteristics, looking for the corporations with core competitiveness and providing excellent research and management consultation services.
